Next week uncle Jaime celebrates his birthday on the very patriotic 4th of July... We are looking forward to some "family time" on the 3rd and 4th... Next week is the big swim meet to raise funds for Juvenile Diabetes... over 450 swimmers are coming for the 3 day event... It will be a long weekend, but very much worth it.... We will let you know how the week goes... We hope everyone has a great 4th of July week...

By the way: new words by Claire this past week are "Dora" (from the cartoon) "COHO" (the swim team), and we think she's saying "what's that?" and pointing at everything in sight. She also sort of says "butterfly" (but it comes out "bfla")... She definitely can scream "momma" at 3 in the morning to get mom in the room! -love, the Weber's!

We had a great father's day weekend... we visited Seide Weber on Saturday... and had lunch with Connor, Ethan, Uncle Jaime and Aunt Leslie... Sunday we had breakfast with Nanna and Pappa Cacioppo.

In the afternoon we visited everyone at Uncle Dan's and aunt Tracies' house... Claire got to spend time with Eva and Mia... Uncle dan grilled the biggest hamburgers we have ever seen... This week is Michelle's Birthday... To a wonderful wife and an amazing mom...happy birthday, Claire, Cujo, Sophie, and I love y ou very, very much...you should see her in her new, sexy glasses!!! -J. GREAT WEEKEND OF JUNE 9TH...

On the weekend of June 9th we had another busy 3 days... Saturday was the big Tin-Man Triathlon... lots of great sunshine and a great event... lots of fun. Afterwards we went to Mia's 3rd birthday party... lots of kids running around having fun. There was lots of food, cake, ice cream, a trampoline (for the kids), and lots of fun out back in the big back yard. As usual Aunt Traci and Uncle Dan hosted a great day. Claire got to spend time with her favorite two girl first cousins Mia and Ava. Pappa and Nanna Cacioppo (sorry about your picture Nanna, your daughter made me post it)

Sunday Mom and Claire went to the park, while dad worked at home... We got to relax and read lots of books to Claire...

Monday Claire and Mom visited Dad at the pool party/picture day of the great COHO Swim Club... Claire got to play in the Spraygrounds and even though the water was very cold, she did not want to leave... lots of running around and splashing water everywhere... she had lots of fun!

THE WEEKEND OF JUNE 1ST, 2007

The first weekend in June was all about family... On Thursday uncle Jaime Graduated from the Police Academy. Everyone is very proud and honored to have family members serving the City of Chicago. Jaime joins uncle Ruben and Aunt Stephanie as one of Chicago's Finest!

Also on Thursday Aunt Gina, Max, Michelle and Claire visited the Aquarium... It was a lot of fun, and it was nice for Claire to spend time with Aunt Gina, since they live so far away.

Sunday was the headstone dedication for Bobe Alice... The rain held out until the very moment that the ceremony was over... Although we miss her a lot it, it was a day for everyone to get together as a family, and it was the first time all her grandkids got together. Max, Connor, Claire, and Ethan... all together at uncle Ruben's house!

We know she was looking down and smiling at those 4 great little ones playing together. We hope we can get them together more often. Bobe Alice loved family events, and she loved those little grandkids very much!....

UNCLE JAIME GRADUATES FROM CHICAGO POLICE ACADEMY

Congratulations to Uncle Jaime on his graduation from the Chicago Police Academy! Even Mayor Daley showed up to honor the graduating class... So did Max, Aunt Gina, Seide Weber, Uncle Ruben, and obviously... Aunt Leslie!

He's now officially one of Chicago's Finest!
